Description2v has an inscription 'dame Anne de Graville de la succession de feu monseigneur l'admiral vc xviij; Anne's coat of arms figures at a number of points in the manuscript, for example 30v, 42v, 51r. This inscription indicates the book had previously belonged to her father, Louis de Graville (1438-1516).
