| Front end papers (4): | Two paper and two vellum flyleaves at the front. Traces of glue on the recto side of the second parchment guardleaf suggest that this is an old pastedown. On the verso side is a full-page drawing of a woman in black ink. |
| End papers (5): | Three vellum and two paper flyleaves at the back. Pasted on the last two (modern) pieces of vellum are fragments of printed leaves from an ordonnance dated 1696 and 1701 'délivré à Paris par Nous CHARLES D HOZIER , Conseiller du ROI'. These were probably found in the binding upon restoration. |
