| Scribe description: | A neat northern bookhand displaying the following traits: 2-compartment 'a' (upper bow open or closed); ascenders adorned with bars or serifs; 'g' with an angular lower lobe; use of 'i' and 'j' with ticks to distinguish multiple minims; tall, round and trailing 's' all found in final position; both 'u' and 'v' employed in initial position; tironian 'et' with (and occasionally without) a bar. |
