Condition: | Average parchment, sometimes rather thick, with several small holes (e.g. f. 60) and sewn tears (e.g. f. 217). The final folios (from f. 237) are mutilated, and tears affect several other folios throughout, esp. at the corners. Text on ff. 1-2 is partially illegible due to wear. |

Scribe description: | A neat northern bookhand displaying the following traits: 2-compartment 'a' (upper bow open or closed); ascenders adorned with bars or serifs; 'g' with an angular lower lobe; use of 'i' and 'j' with ticks to distinguish multiple minims; tall, round and trailing 's' all found in final position; both 'u' and 'v' employed in initial position; tironian 'et' with (and occasionally without) a bar. |
