- It is one of the six witnesses of the revised version of Prose 1 (see Jung 1996, 449-453). The Trinity MS is the only witness of the "remaniement" Prose 1 to fill the narrative lacuna of ch. 178-199 (ff. 85ra-86ra), for a transcription see Jung 1996, 461.

- Trinity is one of the five manuscripts that transmit the Heroides separately from Prose 5. It is the only one to re-arrange the sequence of the letters according to the 'canonical' Ovidian order (see Jung 1996: 507-508 and Barbieri 2005 and 2007). There is a lacuna of 1 f. between f. 119 and 120. The order of the letters is: [f. 117vb] Ceste epistre enuoya philis / ademorphon son amj [f. 120ra] end of Briseis's letter [f. 120rb] Cest epistre en /uoia phedra aypolite [f. 121vb] Cest epistre oenone aparis / son amj enuoya [f. 123vb] Cest epistre enuoya adriane [sic] a theseu [f. 125ra] Ceste / epi / stre enuoya cayrasse am[.]haro son frere [126ra] Ceste / epistre enuoya laodama aprotheselao
