| General illustration: | Historiated initial (height: 10 lines) on f. 2ra, blue against ochre and blue ground, gilt frame. With partial, multi-colour border supporting dragons, a hare and a crane or stork. Preceded by titulus in red ink. On f. 1v, full-page miniature in two registers. The images each portray a knight (in the upper register: Lancelot) accompanying a damsel (in both registers: Guenevere), both are mounted. The miniatures are pen-drawn and in part also coloured with bright red, grey and blue.
