General decoration:Space (height: 2 lines) was left for initials at the start of chapters and paragraphs, but these were never added. Guide letters are visible.
Evidence of readership:After the explicit on f. 86va: 'Questo libro ua inanci a / unaltro che comincia / Grant ioie font cil de / leans de la roine iseut / edient ch' uoiremant est / tristan lemieudres ch(eualie)r / de cornouaille'. Sporadic 'nota' marks, e.g. on f. 84va, beside Mark's speech about changing fortunes.
Foliations description:Modern pencil in the upper right corner of recto sides. The foliator skipped f. 86 bis.
