Two notas have been added, one the bottom of the left column and one two thirds of the way down the second column. The first nota is against the beginning of Coker-Joslin 215 and the second against Coker-Joslin 215, 34. Each is accompanied by some text in Italian. The hand is cursive, 14th-c, and Italian.
