Scribe description: | Small, compact textualis rotundus, written above top line with double compartment 'a', the upper lobe of which is open, clubbed ascenders on 'b', 'h', 'k' and 'l', uncial 'd', tongued 'e' in final position, Rücken-'g' with closed lower lobe, diacritic on 'i' in minim group, limbs of 'm' and 'n' do not extend below the baseline, the descender of 'p' and 'q' curves to the right, biting of 'o' and round 'r', exclusive use of straight 's', vertical stroke of 't' does not extend above the headstroke, use of 'v' in initial position, 3-like 'z'. Use of punctus. No indication of word-separation. Abbreviations include superscript vowels ('i'), 'com'-abbreviation, uncrossed tironian 'et'. 'ss' ligature. |
